Insight Global is looking to hire an Executive Assistant in Los Angeles, CA. This position will work in an office setting Monday β Thursday, and work remotely on Fridays.
This individual will support leadership by managing complex travel arrangements, calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and trade show logistics. They will coordinate nationwide and occasional international travel, including hotel room block management and itinerary planning for multiple executives. This person will also support personal travel scheduling for a Co-CEO and assist with general office operations, including guest hospitality, light kitchen upkeep, and maintaining a professional office environment for a team of approximately nine employees.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable setting boundaries, managing competing priorities, and serving as a reliable point of contact for executive support needs.
