Position Overview

  • Manage calendar and priorities – ensure optimal time utilization, scheduling, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate high-level meetings – prepare agendas, briefing notes, presentations, capture minutes, and track action items.
  • Handle end-to-end travel planning – domestic & international itineraries, logistics, and documentation.
  • Act as a key interface for managing communication with senior leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Screen and prioritize communication – emails, calls, and requests with high discretion and judgment.
  • Draft and review business communication – emails, presentations, reports, and official correspondence.
  • Support strategic initiatives – prepare MIS, dashboards, data analysis, and executive summaries.
