About the Role
Pankaj & Nidhi is a design-led Indian fashion label with three retail stores and a growing wholesale business. As we scale, we're looking for a sharp, discreet, and highly organised Senior Executive Assistant to work directly with our founders — becoming the operational nerve centre between them and the wider team.
This is not a scheduling-and-travel role. This is a force-multiplier role. You will own the founders' bandwidth, translate their priorities into action, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks across a fast-moving, creative business.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

1. Founder Leverage

Protect and maximise the founders' time and decision-making bandwidth. Own the calendar with intent — not just logistics. Ensure every week is shaped around top priorities, not reactive demands.

2. Operational Coordination

Act as the connective tissue across design, production, retail, and back-office teams. Track open loops, follow ...
