Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support & Calendar Management
• Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, including scheduling and prioritizing internal and external meetings
• Anticipate conflicts, prepare briefing materials, and ensure the CEO is fully prepared for engagements
2. Communication & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal teams, board members, investors, and external partners
• Draft, review, and manage high-level communications including emails, presentations, and investor updates
• Track follow-ups and ensure timely execution of action items from meetings
