We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO with day-to-day administrative tasks and help keep schedules, meetings, and communications running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of administrative or executive support who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and has strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar and Scheduling Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure preparedness for upcoming engagements.
- Communication Management: Monitor and prioritize emails, draft routine responses, and ensure timely follow‑up on key communications.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize meeting logistics, prepare agendas and materials, record notes, and track action items.
