Position Overview

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues.
  • Prepare HR documents such as contracts, notices, memorandums, and disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate employee training, orientation, and development programs.
  • Monitor employee attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in processing employee benefits and government‑mandated requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, etc.).
  • Support performance evaluation and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR reports as required by management.
