About the Opportunity
An established Singapore-based private equity firm is hiring an Executive Assistant to support select members of its investment team. This is a team EA seat - not a single-principal household PA role - and sits alongside the wider EA bench in a collegial, cover-each-other model. The role reports into the Office Manager and works alongside a lean Singapore team based in the CBD. The seat is on-site and built for someone who wants ownership across a wider remit than a typical EA role: executive support, day-to-day office operations, and light IT and systems administration all sit under this hat.
