Provide executive secretarial support on both personal and business matters to senior management;
In charge of full spectrum of office administration and day to day operations including but not limited to office / lease management, office renovation, relocation projects and etc.;
Manage and control office expenses within the budget; handle contract negotiation and coordination with contractors, suppliers and vendors;
Support all round HR functions and duties; organize company activities / events as required; and
Perform any ad hoc duties or business travel as assigned by company.
Qualifications
Degree holder in business administrative or related disciplines;
At least 2 years' relevant working experience; previous experience at start-up preferred;
Possess knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and other HR practices is a plus;
