Perform administrative duties, including but not limited to, formatting letters, memos and reports for the assigned teams
Act as point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external and internal partners
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Compile and process major reports incorporating information from a variety of sources
Respond to, on behalf of the manager, straightforward correspondence, queries and enquiries within established guidelines
Arrange on request appointments, visits and travel arrangements for the department managers, members and overseas visitors so their time used effectively
Coordinate arrangements for a variety of meetings, internally and externally, assembling appropriate material, as required, to ensure the smooth running of these meetings
