Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Group CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, visas, and itineraries.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MoM), presentations, reports, and business documents.
  • Track action items from leadership meetings and follow up with teams until closure.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely execution of business priorities.
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for management review.
  • Draft professional emails, business correspondence, and executive communications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize leadership meetings, board meetings, town halls, and business reviews.
