Job Summary

The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high‑level administrative and professional support to enable the CEO’s effectiveness and focus. Acting as a central coordination point, the role manages priorities, information flow, and logistics to ensure the CEO is well prepared, meetings and activities run seamlessly, and organizational commitments are met. The position builds strong relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders, supports executive communications, and leads continuous improvement of administrative practices and workflows to enhance efficiency.
