Position Overview

The Business Channel Operation & Customer Service Executive is responsible for engaging walk‑in customers to process transactions and conduct need‑based discussions for cross‑selling Bank products. The role is the first point of contact for recommending Bank products and delivering high‑quality customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service to walk‑in customers and contribute to CSAT scores and mystery‑shopping results.
  • Carry clear targets for CASA and FD book growth, account opening and cross‑selling of PL, Credit Card, Portfolio Sales, ASBF Funding and other products.
  • Use iPads or devices (when available) for customer service and cross‑selling.
  • Assist in calling customers for service/sales interactions.
  • Carry out Branch RCSA through sample checking and rectification.
  • Accept and process all transactions (deposits, withdrawals, remittances, ANSB, and other products) accurately and timely.
