We are looking for an experienced specialist to manage and execute end-to-end customs clearance activities at Port Klang. Ensuring compliance with customs regulations, timely clearance, and effective coordination with customs, OGA, port authorities, internal stakeholders, and etc.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with declarant on preparation of Customs & ZB/FZ declarations (K1, K2, K3, K8, K9, ZB1, ZB2, ZB3, ZB4)
• Monitor vendor performance on timeliness, accuracy, and responsiveness
• Validate draft declarations before submission to customs by ensuring accurate entry information matched with BL, CIPL, exemption & etc
• Track and ensure all CS instructions are executed & actioned within SLA timeline
• Monitor myCIEDS submission status & maintain visibility of shipment status from instruction to clearance
