**Role Overview**

Sodexo is seeking an energetic **Executive Chef 2** to oversee the culinary operations at Carroll Lutheran Village in **Westminster, Maryland.** Carroll Lutheran Village is an upscale continuing care retirement community with approximately 530 residents.

The Executive Chef will lead a culinary team of approximately 20 professionals, and enjoy training and mentoring of cooks. Will ensure quality assurance, safety, and service across multiple dining venues. The ideal candidate is a culinary innovator and relationship builder—someone who thrives in a high-end environment, enjoys being in front of residents, and can balance operational excellence with personal engagement. Typical shift is 9:00 am - 6:00 pm M-F, may vary with every fourth weekend coverage.
