**Role Overview**

**Sodexo** is seeking an **Executive Chef 2** at **Rollins College** located in **Winter Park, Florida.** This Executive Chef will manage the culinary operations for Resident Dining on campus. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. **What You'll Do**

+ be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting.
+ ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented.
+ have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations.
