Position Overview

We are looking

for someone who has:
  • Proven and stable career progression in culinary management.

  • Experience working in Asia, preferably Hong Kong, with exposure to both Asian and Western cuisines.

  • Strong culinary knowledge of Asian and Western food.

  • Solid training background from 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or Michelin-level restaurants.

  • Experience managing large kitchen operations with multiple outlets.Hands-on leader with strong operational management skills.

  • Good business and financial awareness, with the ability to manage costs and performance.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills with high standards of quality and discipline.
