Requirements

• Formal culinary qualification essential
• Graduates from ICA, Prue Leith, or similar culinary institutions highly preferred
• Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef within luxury hospitality
• Strong fine dining experience essential
• Proven leadership and kitchen management abilities
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Passion for culinary excellence and luxury guest experiences
• Ability to work effectively under pressure within a remote lodge environment
