Position Overview

Job Description
  • We need following Executive Chef:
    • Thai Muslim Seafood.
    • Western Food
    • Chicken Rice
    • South Indian Cuisine
  • Willing to start with Short Notice.
  • Rotating Shift till 3am in the morning from 10am.
  • Responsible for Purchase and store keeping.
  • Responsible for Budgeting.
  • Responsible for Cost Control.
  • Responsible managing Manpower in the department.
  • Responsible for Food Hygiene, Cleanliness and Food Quality.
  • Responsible for all MUIS Halal Requirements Strictly.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years’ Experience in the relevant field.
  • No Strict Basic Education Required.
  • Minimum 2 years’ Experience in HALAL Restaurant Operations.
  • MUIS HALAL training will be an added Advantage.
  • Willing to work Overtime whenever required.
  • We open for all Weekends and Public Holidays.
