Job Responsibilities - Accountable for the efficient operation of all hospital food production, ensuring quality of raw materials received and meals produced are in accordance with specifications.
- Ensures that all therapeutic/special meals preparation are aligned to dietetics requirements.
- Ensure kitchen staff follow established health & safety rules and security protocols.
- Ensure personal hygiene, housekeeping and food hygiene standards in the kitchens are compliant with ISO/HACCP standards.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are kept operationally ready, interfacing with Facilities & Engineering Department stakeholders for any problem resolution.
