**Qualifications**

+ Thai Nationality.
+ Proven experience as an Executive Chef in an international **5-star hotel or luxury resort** .
+ Strong expertise in **Italian fine dining** with the ability to develop contemporary, innovative, and high-quality menus.
+ Hands-on leadership style with excellent culinary execution.
+ Strong knowledge of food cost control, recipe costing, menu engineering, purchasing, and inventory management.
+ Excellent planning, organization, and administrative skills.
