Responsible for supervising operational aspects of the medical centre within a specified practice to achieve excellent customer service, quality, cost, and delivery performance in line with company strategy, goals and values.

Implement and Improve Quality SOP’s and work closely with Quality Manager.

• Coordinate Insurance process at clinic level.

• Supervise daily accounts.

• Coordinate with store; and raw materials purchase, movement and usage.

• Supervise house-keeping & waste disposal.

• Coordinate routine checks: in treatment rooms, procedure rooms to ensure best quality and on injections, vaccines and lab reagents expiry dates.

• Keep a tab on MOH requirements at clinic, doctors and staff and ensure compliance.
