Position Overview

Internal Communications
  • Create and publish content for newsletters, intranet, emails, posters, and internal campaigns.
  • Support communication around HR, CSR, leadership messages, and company initiatives.
  • Coordinate with departments to gather stories, updates, and employee achievements.
  • Assist in induction, engagement, and culture‑building events and communication programs.
  • Maintain consistency with Sobha’s tone, values, and brand guidelines.
Social Media Management
  • Support day-to-day management of official social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Create content copies, captions, and short‑form content in coordination with the design team/agencies.
  • Schedule posts and monitor engagement and queries.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare basic monthly reports.
