Role Purpose The Executive for Community Development (Community Programmes & Learning) supports the day-to-day coordination of MTFA's community programmes, including senior support initiatives and community learning programmes. Working under the direction of the Assistant Director, this role assists in programme coordination, learner and participant liaison, event logistics, curriculum support, and learning data tracking to ensure smooth and effective programme delivery.
