ABOUT THE ROLE At Income, we believe that strong governance is the heart of any successful business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE - Conduct Enhanced Monitoring (EM) review for representatives under EM. Perform end-to-end quality checks, including following up with relevant Business Units on service recovery.
- Ensure sample sizes for reviews meets the required standards and is tracked accurately.
- Spot compliance gaps or errors during reviews and propose actions to close the gap.
