Position Overview

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support.
  • Managing of work calendar, schedule internal/external meetings and appointments.
  • Preparation of presentation materials and other documents.
  • Travel arrangements.
  • Processing expense claims.
  • Prepare reports and maintain filing system.
  • Organizing office operations and office maintenance.
  • Clerical functions e.g. correspondence and expense management, maintaining filing systems.
  • Retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Keeping management informed by regularly providing reports; summarizing information.
  • Event planning and execution.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
Qualification & Experience Generally Required
  • Diploma in any discipline, preferably qualification in Secretarial.
