• Work directly with executive teams and boards on strategic and organisational challenges
• Lead and contribute to assignments across executive search and leadership advisory
• Build and develop long-term client relationships and actively grow your own portfolio
• Identify and convert new commercial opportunities, not just manage existing ones
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues across Europe, sharing knowledge and leads across borders
