Adecco Permanent Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Executive Data & Insights Advisor for a SSC based in Porto. This professional will provide strategic data support to Managing Director of Revenue Services.

Responsibilities

Pull, consolidate, and analyze multiple complex data sets across systems, transforming them into actionable insights

Develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, including row-level security and interactive reporting for executive leadership

Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for the MD

Prepare executive-level PowerPoint material that visually and effectively communicate findings and strategic recommendations

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, alignment, and consistency across departments

Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for operational or strategic improvement
