Job Purpose:

To prepare study plans and layout drawings using CAD software, and to oversee and coordinate tenants’ design submissions, fit-out works, and interior design matters, ensuring compliance with mall guidelines, timely project delivery, and alignment with overall mall design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and provide comments on tenants’ concept and design submissions.

Provide design direction and store planning guidance to tenants and their appointed designers.

Coordinate and manage tenants’ fit-out works, working closely with their contractors and consultants.

Liaise with internal departments (Leasing, Procurement, and Facility Management) to ensure all landlord provisions and tenant requirements are addressed.
