+ **Executive Director, Consumer Data Strategy & Operations** **Role Overview** The Executive Director, Consumer Data Strategy & Operations will lead the development of ELC's consumer data capabilities, audience foundations and governance frameworks as part of the new Growth Marketing & media organization. This role is responsible for establishing the enterprise capabilities required to enable audience-led marketing across ELC, ensuring consumer data can be consistently activated, and measured.Working closely with IT and Privacy teams, the Executive Director will define the standards, frameworks, and capabilities required to unlock greater value from ELC's first-party data assets and enable future growth across paid and owned channels. The role will establish a common approach to consumer data management, audience governance and segmentation, creating the foundations required for more effective marketing execution.
