Role Overview

A leading semi‑government investment entity is seeking an experienced Executive Director – Energy & Infrastructure Investments to join its growing investment platform. The successful candidate will play a senior role in identifying, evaluating, executing, and managing investments across the Energy and Infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus on direct investments, M&A transactions, portfolio management, and asset management activities. This is a strategic leadership role for an established investment professional with a strong track record advising on or executing complex transactions within the energy and infrastructure landscape. The ideal candidate will come from a leading Investment Banking M&A / Advisory background or a top‑tier Private Equity investment platform, with demonstrated experience across energy, infrastructure, utilities, natural resources, transportation, or related sectors.
