**Description**

The People Partner is a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, leading the execution of people strategies that drive business performance and organizational effectiveness. This role partners closely with leaders to diagnose workforce needs, enable adoption of enterprise programs, and translate business priorities into practical people solutions. Working collaboratively with Centers of Excellence and the People Experience Team, the People Partner ensures enterprise initiatives are delivered consistently while addressing business-specific needs.
