Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a business-solutions-driven General Counsel for our growing Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG). The position will report to Lenovo’s Senior Vice President, Chief Legal & Corporate Responsibility Officer (CLCRO). Responsibilities include proactively advising ISG senior leadership and their global business teams in areas such as product and service development and offerings, complex M&A (including CFIUS/FIRRMA), strategic partnerships, security requirements, regulatory compliance and commercial disputes. Further, the General Counsel, ISG will act as an interface and liaison to the Business Group for other Corporate Legal functions such as IP, Ethics & Compliance, Data Privacy, Contracting Center of Excellence and Litigation, the Geo Legal teams and Government Relations & Trade.
