Job Responsibilities:

This role supports a diverse portfolio that extends beyond traditional home care finance and includes day-to-day financial oversight of system pharmacy operations, the system 340B drug pricing program, home health, home/ambulatory infusion, DME, and in-home medical service lines. The pharmacy program includes internal and external contracts generating $1B in annual revenues. The 340b program includes savings programs for both acute and non-acute facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated healthcare finance leadership experience in FP&A, reimbursement strategy, service line profitability, cost accounting, regulatory compliance, and decision support (including experience with tools such as Strata).
