**Description**

Responsible for establishing and managing the portfolio of programs and initiatives that enable the PX Operating Model. This role ensures transformation and service delivery initiatives are strategically aligned, appropriately resourced, effectively governed, and deliver measurable business value.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Establish and maintain the PX portfolio framework, governance, reporting, and operating cadence.
+ Manage the PX project portfolio to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities, timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
+ Oversee project intake, assessment, prioritization, and resource allocation in partnership with PXT and HR leadership.
+ Develop and maintain portfolio roadmaps, capacity plans, and resource models to balance demand against available capabilities.
