Possess knowledge of environmental design, and green building rating tools (LEED, Green Mark, WELL, Smart Score, True Waste, LEAF, ILFI, etc.).
Conversant with environmental simulations such as energy modelling, daylight analysis, CFD, life cycle carbon analysis.
Lead projects independently and deliver technical solutions to design and client team.
Lead pro‑active coordination with internal and external disciplines to achieve a high‑quality consistent set of presentation and design documents.
Proactively check and coordinate project documents (including but not limited to multi‑disciplinary drawings, design reports, technical specifications, etc.).
Conversant with project’s contractual requirements and deliver high quality deliverables in established schedule.
Familiarity with local sustainability regulations and codes.
