Position Overview

            To manage the F&B department by planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations. 
To control budget and forecast revenue, operation costs, and product costs. 
Supervise and train the F&B team following the service standards and ensure suggestive selling techniques are performed by team members.
