To coordinate and support Food & Beverage Department in administration, reservations, and to liaise with all the other hotel departments in order to ensure smooth F&B Outlets operation.
Creating an atmosphere of hospitality and guests' delights, while coordinating the operation of Food & Beverage Outlets.
To monitor all the restaurants' bookings diary (Live bookings/Open Table, etc) and to inform the Outlets Managers and Chefs of any party requirements or special bookings/requirements and produce menu, place cards, and signs as appropriate.
To report and record any guest feedback (compliments/complaints), in order to improve the service levels.
To be fully confident with all the F&B Standards of the Outlets and to follow all policies and procedures of the Hotel and the Outlet.
To answer all the emails for the F&B and restaurant reservations account and to ensure that all the restaurant reservations' emails are answered when ...
