Responsible to arrange interview for Service Managers and Support Team’s Managers.Follow up documentation submission status with candidates and HR.Prepare System IDs, Door Access for new joiners.Remove all the system IDs and Door Access when staff exiting.Manage and provide guidelines and initiatives to improve employee engagement in HLCC.Work with frontline to deploy staff engagement activities for performance and engagement.To assist and support general administrative work within HLCC.Provide accurate and timely daily, weekly and monthly reports, including Sales Incentive, frontline allowance payout and etc.Complete assigned projects by organizing and coordinating requirements, planning and arranging meeting and monitoring results.Ensure all initiatives are complian...
