The Group Talent Development Executive will support the Group Talent Development function by managing talent development and employee engagement to achieve the business objectives and maximizing the efficiency of an organisation. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Talent Management & Development Support the talent management and development initiatives of the company. Ensure the fulfilment of learning & development needs and meeting competency gaps by: conduct learning needs analysis and assessment to identify these needs; support in the sourcing, evaluation, and selection of external training vendors to meet these training needs request; provide training administration support and execute the deployment of learning solutions.
