Requirements:

• Currently based in Mozambique (essential)
• Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Senior Housekeeping Manager within 4-5-star branded hotel groups
• Fluent in English; Portuguese is highly advantageous
• Excellent knowledge of housekeeping operations, quality standards, laundry, public areas, and inventory control
• Experience managing departmental budgets, procurement, and cost controls
