• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27000-1 / ISO/IEC standards
• Skills in SAP, Bossnet and call‑centre hardware/software

Requirements

• Academic: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field
• Working experience: 2 years or more in a related field
