GIG Gulf is seeking an IT Systems Support Engineer to join the UAE IT team in Dubai. You will provide frontline desktop and software support, install and upgrade applications, manage hardware, and assist EXCOM with IT needs.

You will troubleshoot end-user issues across Windows OS, Office 365, printers, and network services. You will work with the Service Desk to resolve tickets, escalate complex problems, and ensure SLAs are met while maintaining security and asset management.
