Campaign & POSM Management: Plan and execute monthly promotional themes and seasonal campaigns, oversee the production of in-store POSM, manage printing and distribution timelines, and ensure every store has the right collateral before the campaign Go-Live date.
Creative Design: Conceptualize and work closely with designers to create Key Visuals (KV) and various POSM assets that align with the brand identity while driving high conversion.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal departments (Procurement, Operations, Visual Merchandiser & etc.) and external vendors.
Performance Measurement: Track the effectiveness and performance of campaigns and promotions using sales data.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports for every campaign and provide actionable insights and ROI analysis to the management team.
