Job Summary Executive, Materials Management – Healthcare Division
General Responsibilities - Manage demand and supply planning for clients
- Consolidate sales forecast and inventory requirements with Sales and Operations teams
- Analyze inventory turnover and focus on minimizing both shortages and inventory levels
- Prepare and consolidate inventory reports and KPIs to measure the service level and progress against inventory KPIs
- Issue purchase orders
- Maintain master data in the system
- Process freight invoicesReview efficiency of current processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Liaise with clients on day-to-day matters
- Build and maintain good relationships with internal teams on inventory operations
