Responsibilities

• To manage EV related customer complaints and issues
• Act as contact person for EV case management, ensuring clear communication and proper follow-up
• Coordinate closely with relevant departments to resolve cases effectively
• Prepare reports, summarize and analysis of EV cases

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication (verbal & written), coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Customer - centric mindset with a proactive approach
