Customer claim management as per SOP. β’ Sales return management & inventory control as per SOP β’ Initiation of corrective action to achieve claim PPM targets β’ Customer Query resolution & improve DSS score. β’ Control of NC product as SOP. β’ Communication of supplier quality issues & tracking closure. β’ Improve VPPM. β’ Segregation of mixed part & resolution as per part Identification. β’ 100% inspection of parts in case of customer complaint resolution. β’ Maintain the all the quality records as per IMS requirement. β’ Communication to concern dealers, CC Team, buyer, section in charge for issues. β’ Documents & Record updating as per defined format & frequency
