Lead the pastry team at Fairmont Royal York, one of Toronto's iconic luxury hotels. As an Executive Pastry Chef, you'll shape our pastry offerings while managing production and quality control.
In this hands-on leadership role, your extensive pastry experience will guide the design of signature and seasonal menus, including baking various pastries, desserts, and showpieces. You'll oversee daily operations, from staff training to maintaining high food safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring that every creation meets our prestigious quality expectations.
