Develop daily and weekly production schedules in coordination with Sales and Production teams.
Monitor job orders and prioritize them based on delivery commitments and available resources.
Maintain and update the Master Production Schedule (MPS) with accuracy.
Prepare and release all necessary documentation such as process flow sheets etc. to the shop floor for efficient and effective production planning & control.
In liaison with the production team prepare production plan to ensure the delivery schedule meets customer requirements.
Coordination & Communication
Act as a bridge between Sales Customer Service and Operations to ensure timely and accurate flow of information.
Liaise with the production team to identify capacity constraints and reschedule accordingly.
