Job Description
As an Executive, Programme and Community Partnership, you will help to maintain and expand network with community partners, corporates, and other social andcommunity services to support organization's needs. Spearhead, conceptualize and implement volunteerprogrammes/activities to ensure the delivery of quality service will meet the needs of the residents in a nursing home.
You will need to:
Manage all elements of volunteering within the organisation.Identify ways to sustain and improve partnered initiatives to build relationships to support the department's needs.Able to develop and maintain networks and partnerships with various community partners.Monitor, evaluate and accredit volunteers.Track and update records and maintain a database of volunteers and partners to ensure critical information iscaptured for timely submission.Plan, organise and roll out activities...
