Key Responsibilities
1. Lease Renewal Management
- Manage and monitor lease renewals for existing retail stores.

2. Landlord Relationship Management
- Liaise and negotiate with landlords on matters relating to:
- Lease renewals
- Store closures
- Change of ownership
- Operational and tenancy-related issues
- Maintain effective relationships with landlords to facilitate smooth negotiations and timely resolution of issues.
3. Tenancy Administration
- Coordinate with the Legal Department to review, negotiate, and finalize tenancy terms and conditions with landlords.
